Roast beef pot



•1 potato

•3 teaspoons of Creole seasoning

•1 teaspoon black pepper

•2 tablespoons of onion powder

•1 tablespoon garlic powder

•1 tablespoon of celery flakes

•1 tablespoon of parsley

•1 cup of water


Cut potatoes and carrots


Roast Beef – Season with ingredients and fry in a skillet over the stove

Arranged in a gratin dish

Add more Creole seasoning to taste and cover with aluminum foil

Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours

Remove the saucepan – add carrots and potatoes

Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes, or as desired.
