  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh dill for serving (optional)

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the white vinegar, water, granulated sugar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
