  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim the leaves and the stem off the cauliflower head, leaving the core intact.
  3. Rinse the cauliflower and pat it dry with paper towels.

  5. Brush the cauliflower with the olive oil mixture, making sure it is coated evenly.
