Ingredients:

- 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed

Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
