Salted Caramel Cracker Bites

°4 c oyster crackers
°3/4 c butter
°3/4 c brown sugar
°2 tsp vanilla paste
°1 tsp kosher salt
* Methods :
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with paper (or aluminum foil) and spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
Spreading your crackers in an even layer on baking sheet.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stirring to brown sugar is dissolve.
Increase heat to mixture starts to boil. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes as the mixture becomes bubbly and lighter in color. It will smell delicious!
Turning off the heat & pour over top of crackers. Mix gently with a rubber spatula until all the crackers are completely coated.
Sprinkle kosher salt on top of crackers.
Put in the oven for 8-10 min to watch the cooking.
