Healthy and Quick Honey Garlic Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
  4. Add the honey mixture to the skillet and stir until it thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
