Carrot cheesecake


° C butter (salted sweet cream)

°1 C Sugar Sweetheart

° 1/2 Brown Sugar

° 2 Egg

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

° 3 Cups Flour

° 2 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

° 1 teaspoon baking powder

° 1 teaspoon baking soda

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

°Best frost cream cheese

° 1 c pecans


Grate and cut 2 cups raw islands

In a bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and thin.

Whisk in eggs and vanilla.

Mix cinnamon, baking powder, welded bread and salt and mix well.

Add the flour and mix together.

Add 2 cups of carrots.

Biscuit baking in an oven 375 degrees for 13-15 minutes

Allow the biscuits to cool.

Frost with the best frost cream cheese.

Place pecan nuts around the edges of cookies.
