Blackberry Thyme Baked Brie En Croute

Blackberry Thyme Baked Brie En Croute is a delicious appetizer that combines the creamy goodness of brie cheese with the sweet and tangy flavors of blackberries and thyme. Here is a recipe to make it:


  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8-10 oz)
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blackberries

  • 1 egg, beaten

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
