Wagyu Tri Tip with Fries and Truffle Mayo

Here’s a recipe for Wagyu Tri Tip with Fries and Truffle Mayo:


  • 1 lb Wagyu tri tip steak
  • 1 lb russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with the olive oil and chopped rosemary until well coated.
  3. Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper to taste.
