- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 1/2 pound cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 pound cooked and peeled shrimp
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, shrimp, and Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the red and green bell peppers, onion, and garlic, and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
