Crockpot Pepper Steak

*Ingredients List:

 

°beef with soup; I used 2 cups cut into cubes.

°Frozen pepper and onion, you will need two cups.

°Chopped garlic, used 2 large lobes.

°1 tbsp brown sugar.

°1 tbsp fresh black pepper.

°2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

°1/4 cup soy sauce.

°1 tbsp corn starch.

°1/3 cup of cold water

°1/3 cup of beef broth.

 

+To serve, you will need cooked white rice and some sesame seeds to decorate.

 

Step 1 – First, you need to put beef in the slow cooker, then put pepper, onion and other vegetables on top of it.

Step 2 – After combining the chopped garlic, brown sugar, pepper, stock, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, pour the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.

Step 3 – After that, you can cook with the lid for 6 hours in low setting, or 4 hours in high setting.

Step 4 – After cooking the beef until cooked, combine the cornstarch with the cold water and combine the two ingredients.

Step 5 – Next, place the cornstarch slurry in the slow cooker, and after moving it, continue to do so until the sauce thickens.

Step 6 – To finish, serve the Crockpot Pepper steak over the white rice and decorate with roasted sesame seeds.
