1 Pkg.Of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix.

1 Tsp.Of garlic

1 Tsp.Of Italian Seasoning.

TO SEASON THE CRAB, YOU’LL NEED:

500 grams.Of lump crab meat, be sure it is fully cooked

¼ Tsp.Of smoked paprika.

½ Tsp.Of onion powder.

½ Cup.Of mayonnaise.

1 Tbsp.Of mustard.

« Ritz crackers »; I used ½ sleeve crushed.

1 Cup.Of grated parmesan.

DIRECTIONS:

1st Step

Prepare the biscuit mix in accordance with the instructions on the box, then put it aside.

2nd Step

Prepare two muffin pans by spraying them with nonstick spray and preheating the oven to 375 degrees.

3rd Step

You need to mix the crab meat with smoked paprika, mustard and mayo, onion powder and crumbled crackers all together in a bowl. To ensure an even mixture, give it a good stir and, if necessary, add a little bit more mayonnaise.

4th Step

Put some biscuit mix on your hand that has been sprinkled with flour, and then use a scoop to level it off. The biscuit is of the cup variety.

5th Step
