Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups seafood stock or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the seafood stock or chicken broth to a simmer. Add the shrimp and crab meat and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the seafood from the pot with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
