  • 2 lbs. beef tips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb. egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
  4. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the paprika and thyme to the pot and stir to combine.
  6. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and garlic, and stir to coat evenly.
