Ingredients:
130g butter
150g of milk
150g of sugar
300 g flour
3 eggs
16g baking powder
1 large apple
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer.
Add flour and milk. Then add the baking powder
Peel the apple, cut it into slices
Grease a pan with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar
Put beautiful apple slices and pour the dough on top, cover with a lid
Cook for 30-35 minutes over low heat, so that nothing burns
