Appetizer Tortilla Pinwheels

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Toothpicks


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the green chilies, black olives, red bell pepper, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  3. Lay one of the tortillas flat on a cutting board or clean surface.
  4. Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla up tightly, making sure the filling stays in place.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch slices.
