Ingredients

5 eggs

2 apples

250 ml milk

100 g flour

10 g oil

10 g stevia sweetener (or 20 g sugar)

Cinnamon to taste Icing

sugar to taste (optional)

Preparation

How do you make the sweet apple omelette?

Peel the apples, remove the core, cut the pulp into 2 centimeter cubes. Brown them in a non-stick pan with a little oil for about 10 minutes. Let them cool.

Break the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites and whisk the whites until they are firm. Whisk the egg yolks with the milk, flour, stevia and a pinch of cinnamon, then fold the egg whites into the mixture.

Pour egg mixture into pan with apples. Level off with a spatula, close the lid and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. After this time, slide the omelet onto a lid. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. Let the sweet apple omelette cool. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar, cut into quarters and serve.
