30-Minute Chocolate Fudge

30-Minute Chocolate Fudge Cake recipe

 

* Ingredients :

+For the cake

°2 cups of all-purpose flour

°2 cups of sugar

°2 sticks of butter

°1 cup of water

°5 tablespoons of cocoa powder

°2 eggs

°1/2 cup of milk

°1 teaspoon of baking soda

°1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl. In a medium saucepan, mix the butter, water, and cocoa over medium heat. Bring to a boil and pour over the flour/sugar mixture. Mix well. Add eggs, milk, baking soda, and vanilla. Pour into a well-greased 9×13 baking pan, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

+To decorate the fudge

°1 stick of butter

°4 tablespoons of milk

°4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

°1 package (16 ounces) powdered sugar

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°1 cup chopped pecans

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, milk, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, stirring well with a whisk or wooden spoon until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla and walnuts, then spoon over the hot cake.
